1. You voluntarily choose to provide personal details to us via this website. Personal information will be treated as confidential by us and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You agree that such personal information may be used to provide you with details of services and products in writing, by email or by telephone


2. By submitting this referral form, you are confirming that you have received consent from all individuals of whose details you are providing. And those individuals have agreed for these details to be provided to TOMS and an adviser from TOMS to contact them


3. A referred friend becomes a customer when they complete a mortgage or insurance transaction. Completion occurs when mortgage funds are drawn-down or an insurance policy is in force. New customers will be contracted to keep their insurance policies in force for up to 48 months, otherwise cancellation conditions apply, in line with our normal business Terms & Conditions


4. Joint applications are considered to be one referred customer. If two people are referred separately and both become customers in their own right by completing separate individual transactions, then vouchers will be issued for each individual referred.


5. A new customer may be charged a fee for our services, as outlined in our normal business Terms & Conditions.


6. There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £350


7. This offer is limited to one £50 voucher for you, and one £50 voucher for each new person you refer that becomes a customer. You can each choose which £50 voucher you would like from the four companies listed: Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Ticketmaster or Amazon.


8. There is no limit to the amount of friends you can refer. Your £50 bonus voucher will be issued to you after 3 of your referred friends have become customers. You can earn further £50 bonus vouchers for every subsequent three friends you refer that become our customers

9. We will aim to send vouchers to you and your referred friends within 28 days of your friend becoming our customer. However vouchers may be subject to availability delays. Cash or other alternatives will not be offered


10. Vouchers will only be given for referrals made since the start of this campaign 08/08/2008


11. Vouchers will not be issued if the person referred is already a customer, even if they are transacting further business with Nicholls & Associates.


12. Vouchers will not be issued if the person referred is already on Nicholls & Associates’ database of prospective customers, having already been referred


13. Nicholls & Associates may transact other business with your referred customers, such as Buildings insurance, Contents insurance, Accident Sickness and Unemployment insurance, Further Advance Mortgage Loans, Secured 2nd Charge Loans. Vouchers will only be issued for completed First Charge Mortgages, Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance or Permanent Health Insurance (income protection).
